We are feeling nostalgic! Ten years ago on the same day we did a fine food pairing dinner before our doors officially opened on November 1st. We have never done one since, until now!
We have hired an amazing chef that has built a 4 course menu around our selected wines. Be one of the first guests to try our NEW Anniversary Edition wines. The evening will include conversations and a toast with our Founder Chuck Nunan. Each course we will tell a little about why we paired these foods, with these select wines, every wine we make has a story and we picked 4 great ones for you! Dinner will start at 6:00, doors will open at 5:30. We hope you are able to join us for what will be an amazing night of celebrating...maybe we could even do it more often!

First Course: A bed of mixed greens topped with fresh pears, gorgonzola, and candied pecans. Drizzled with a Harvest Ridge wine vinagrette
Second Course: Wild mushroom soup with Red Wine and Brie
Third Course: Pan glazed Short Rib drizzled with a Cabernet infused sauce with Gouda & Garlic Mash Potatoes, and roasted Carrots.

Fourth Course: Apple upside down cake with a Fall Drizzle
