there are several methods used to make a rose’ or blush (blush wines are actually a blend of red and white wine) style wine, but we prefer the traditional method: utilizing red-skinned grapes and “cold-soaking” the fruit to extract just the right amount of color and flavor. Our 2021 vintage rose’ has nearly equal parts of Barbera and Malbec, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Rose’ wines are inherently food friendly, enjoy with any of your favorite poultry, seafood or pork dishes.
